Found a price that looks wrong?

This is the most useful message you can send us, and we act on it. Pick “A price looks wrong” in the form above and include:

  • The service and the page URL you were looking at
  • Your ZIP code
  • The figure we showed and the price you were actually quoted

We re-run the underlying data and correct the page if it is off. If you want to see how a figure was produced before reporting it, the methodology page shows the exact sources and math.

Want a service or city we don’t cover yet?

Tell us the trade and the city. We prioritise requests by how many people ask for them, so a specific request genuinely moves it up the list. You can check what we already publish on the services page.

Press and media

Send us your outlet, deadline and what you need. We are happy to share how our estimates are built, and to provide figures for a specific trade or metro area on request.

Advertising and partnerships

Send a short description of your business and the markets you serve. To be clear about where the line sits: commercial partners never influence a published estimate, and we do not sell placement inside our price ranges.

What we can’t help with

  • We can’t give you a quote. Local Estimator is not a contractor and does not perform work. Only a professional who has seen your job can price it.
  • We can’t recommend a specific contractor or intervene in a dispute with one.
  • We can’t price your exact job remotely. The published range plus your ZIP is the best estimate we can give without seeing the property.
